Jimmy has extensive experience in the musculoskeletal field. He holds degrees in Osteopathy and Sports and Exercise Science and BTEC Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage. This means that he is a very hands on practitioner but also draws on the anatomy and physiology in order to understand how, why and where your body is going wrong for you.
Jimmy is a lecturer in sports and remedial massage and also runs continuous professional development (CPD) training courses for his peers.
He has worked with professional athletes at Fulham Football Club, with Formula One drivers and with sprinters. He has also worked with semi professional golfers and veteran world championship winning rowers.
Jimmy draws on all of this valuable experience and applies it in all his sessions. He aims to have you up and running as quickly as possible.
Prior to completing a five year degree at the British School of Osteopathy Margaret a former British judo champion spent many years training at very high level only to retire due to injury.
Margaret went on to qualify as a personal trainer here she found great satisfaction working with community based projects GP referrals, falls prevention and cardiac rehab.
As an Osteopath Margaret looks at the body has a whole unit using an integrative approach to treatment which combines both Osteopathy and sports massage.
She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the British Osteopathic Association.
Outside clinic Margaret is a spinning instructor and still enjoys teaching a couple times a week.
