New Dental Patients in Chingford

We understand that most people are anxious when they visit a dentist, so we aim to make your experience with as pleasant as possible.

We will welcome you as a guest and make sure that you are comfortable in our practice. There is a choice of drinks for you to enjoy, as well as current newspapers and magazines. After completing any initial paperwork, you will see our Specialist to discuss your concerns and the reason why you are attending the practice. After carrying out their dental examination and any x-rays or tests required, our dentist will discuss your treatment with you and will be happy to answer any questions that you have.

If you are having any complex treatment, you may need to return for further investigations, but if your case is straight forward, your dentist will arrange for you to return for treatment. We will give you a written treatment plan and fee estimate. We will also write to your referring dentist to let them know our findings.

After we have completed the treatment that you have been referred for, we will ask you to return to your regular dentist for your care.

Our practice accepts Cash, Credit & Debit Cards. We can also advise you on any finance plans available to help spread the cost of your treatment. Please ask our manager for details.
